Summary: | Conceptually, cooperative enterprise is collective economic activity base organization. Such organization runs by the people, for the people and of the people. But, success of this organization depends on the effective leadership of an individual member who work actively on behalf of organization a try to achieve the common goals. As an entrepreneur, the leader courage to take initiation and calculative risk to grow an enterprise. His or her attitude, behaviour, positive & hopeful thinking and hardworking play significant role to ensure success. Sustainable entrepreneurship or livelihood consists such acts that support to wellness of human being in the society without harm the natural wealth as well as without compromising the interest of future generation. The determination of nature and volume of an enterprise is an important factor towards sustainable livelihood. It has close concern with the rate of utilization of natural resources, livelihood interests (opportunity to use the skills) of others and decentralization of economic power.
