Entrepreneurship and leadership are interrelated to each other. Leader influence the other persons present in the organization to contribute in the achievement of common goal. A woman by participating in entrepreneurship field contributes equally in the development of nation's economy. With growing number of women owned businesses at international level, the question arises, How can we encourage the women entrepreneurship, eradicate obstacles faced by women in business establishment and assist their escalation process of their business?
