The perception with manufacturer manufactures a product, and the expectation with which customer buys the product differs considerably. There is a need to provide education to manufacturer that how to convert customer requirements into product specification? This paper presents a theory for designers, manufacturers, entrepreneurs, and etc. to find out customer expectations based on twenty-two parameters. Factor analysis optimizes these specifications into eight meaningful groups. Communication between these stakeholders will definitely help to entrepreneurs.
