During early' I 960s number of management institutions were established in India. Keeping in view the need for professionalism in Indian corporate world, these institutions were established and have contributed a lot in the economic and industrial development of the country. There are two thoughts prevailing about entrepreneurship. As per the first, entrepreneurship is inborn in individuals and the second thought describes entrepreneurship as developable. Many researchers and thinkers feel that entrepreneurial competencies can be developed in individuals with the help of well thought of appropriately designed and imparted training programme. Many considerable modifications and changes in education systems have not been able to deal adequately with the problems faced by fresh graduates. The education that is provided to them should develop few skills and often generates attitudes and expectations among them.
