It brings value to everyone involved in this relationship, that is, mentees, mentors and the organization. The present study examine the impact of mentoring functions on career development. Further, it also investigates the role of mentoring culture and mentoring structure as moderator. Employees working in call centres in India have been selected for data collection. Reliability and validity has been proved with the help of confirmatory factor analysis. Structural equation modelling has been used for hypotheses testing. Results revealed that mentoring functions significantly affect career development of call centre employees. Further, mentoring culture and mentoring structure moderate the relationship between mentoring functions and career development.
