The groups we have formed include organizations from the fields of sports to law enforcement, dance to software. In one community alone, some 29 people from 27 organizations participate in learning gangs. In this article, we talk about what learning gangs are, why people join, and what the benefits are to the individuals, their organizations, and their communities.
